Attorney Reinhold Schroeder
Reinhold Schroeder has been an attorney engaged in the private practice of law since receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University in 1994. He concentrates in the areas of estate planning, trusts, charitable planning, estate administration and tax law. He is a member of the Wealth Counsel, a national network of estate planning attorneys. He is a member of the State Bars of Michigan and Indiana and is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning section of the Michigan Bar. He has completed the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) Probate & Estate Planning Certificate Program. He is on the board of directors of the Southwestern Michigan Estate Planning Council and is a Rotarian.
Rein serves clients that have Indiana legal needs through his affiliation with Nemeth, Feeney Masters & Campiti, PC in South Bend, Indiana.
Rein was published in the Fall 1992 issue of the Valparaiso University Law Review where he discussed the estate tax impact of certain business transfers among family members. He has taught tax law as an adjunct faculty member and spoken on tax and estate tax law to attorneys, CPAs, financial planners and insurance agents.
Rein is also a CPA licensed in Michigan and Indiana.
Rein received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Valparaiso University and a Masters degree in Taxation from DePaul University.
